A new, New Year

I think everyone will breathe a collective sigh of relief when 2020 is finally over, however the harsh reality is that these unsettled times seem like they just may hang around for a little while longer. That doesn’t mean we should stop looking at the bigger picture though. Eventually, this too will pass… And making plans for your future means planning for the long-term now. You can begin to do exactly that by taking control of one of the few things these days that you do have control over. I’m talking about your money.

This crazy situation we find ourselves in is a global one—and in a strangely unifying way, it’s serving to do something unique in our times: show people how truly connected and alike we all are. You don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home to begin to turn your future around. I’d like to encourage you to use your at-home time wisely – there are all kinds of ways you could use this down time to start exploring ideas you’ve always been curious about. Consider those hobbies you never make time for. Learn a language like Spanish or French, take guitar lessons – think about ways you could begin to generate an income from home! You can even receive the financial relief that you desperately need to start the New Year off right without having to leave home.

My point is: While it’s easy to let a glumness settle over your world…I hope you won’t. I hope, instead, that you’ll use these unsettled times as an excuse to try some new things and to plan for your future. Anyway, I simply wanted to take a moment today to say we’re thinking about you and we’re here for you.

My family and I are going to do our best to help you weather this crazy time with a positive sense of possibility for your future.

Wishing a Happy and Healthy New Year to you and yours! Remember, brighter days are ahead.
